If you received a notification or the order has been shown as "Delivered", but you have not received the item, it is a possibility that the order may be lost. If you purchased Route Shipping Protection in your order, you can file a claim directly with Route's Customer Claim Filing Portal Portal.

If Route shipping protection was not purchased for your order, select "No, I need more help" below and confirm your order number and shipping address. Our Customer Success Team can further investigate into the location of your order or Fulfilment status.

I have not received my order

How do I process a return or exchange? 

Shortly after an order is place we start processing your order for shipment. Due to this we have up to 12 hours window from the time of order to request any modifications or cancellations by contacting our Customer Success Team through the chat during working hours (10am - 2pm EST) if we are not online, please send an email to info@ten10apparel.com.

If your order has already been shipped and you need to make a delivery address change, please reach out to the courier to make an address change.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

The best way to stay up-to-date on general restocks and new product releases is to follow us on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Alternatively, if you want to notified immediately you can sign up for the back in stock request found on each individual product page where the add to cart button normally is for out of stock items.For any specific restock questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer success team by emailinginfo@ten10apparel.com.

When are you expecting a restock?
